Booking and duration of your holiday stay
When making a booking, a deposit is required for confirmation. The deposit is a guarantee of compliance with the rental contract and will not be returned in case of unilateral cancellation by the guest.
In the event of early departure or late arrival, we have to charge a compensation in the amount of the flat price for three days.

The apartment house has its own guest washing machine in the basement. The usage of the washing machine is included in the price of your stay. (the detergent is not included in the price).
Indoor swimming pool - wellness area:
Right next to our house is an aparthotel with swimming pool and wellness facility (saunas, whirlpool, relaxation room, etc.) You can use this facility at reduced prices. Detailed information, opening hours, seasonal opening hours etc. are available on site or on request and cannot be guaranteed here.
IMPORTANT: The wellness facility in the adjoining house is only open in winter (Christmas to mid-March). The indoor swimming pool (summer and winter) or the wellness facility (winter only) are available to you at a reduced entrance fee. However, in case of high occupancy, access cannot always be granted.
